The voucher will be sent to the email address of the voucher recipient within 10 minutes after your online payment has been successfully processed. If the recipient of your voucher has not received the voucher via email after 1 hour, please contact our Call Centre on +27 11 451 7300. Please note, if you have scheduled the delivery for another date, the voucher will only arrive on that date. You can schedule the delivery up to 60 days prior to the event.
