I bought a voucher, but the voucher recipient has not received it yet?
The voucher will be sent to the email address of the voucher recipient within 10 minutes after your online payment has been successfully processed. If the recipient of your voucher has not received the voucher via email after 1 hour, please contact our Call Centre on +27 11 451 7300. Please note, if you have scheduled the delivery for another date, the voucher will only arrive on that date. You can schedule the delivery up to 60 days prior to the event.
Can I purchase a voucher now for a later date?
You can purchase a voucher for delivery at a later date. This is possible up to 60 days prior to the chosen date. Your recipient will receive the voucher in their email inbox on the selected delivery date.
How can I purchase a voucher for someone who doesn’t have an email address?
You can request the voucher in the recipient’s name but insert your own email address for delivery purposes. Upon receipt of the voucher via email, it can be printed and delivered directly to the recipient.
Can I request a refund for my voucher?
As per our terms and conditions of sale, the voucher is non-refundable.
How do I pay for the voucher?
Only credit cards are accepted to pay for the voucher. Airlink accepts Master Card, VISA, American Express, Diners Club and Discover.
Will I receive a confirmation after purchasing a voucher?
Upon purchasing a voucher, you will receive an order confirmation as well as a payment confirmation, both sent to your specified email address. The recipient of the voucher will receive an email with the voucher design you have selected. The email will contain a voucher receipt number. All the information required for redeeming the voucher can be found on www.flyairlink.com. The recipient can also check the Terms and Conditions of the voucher by following the link included in the email.
How do I check the status of my voucher order?

How do I check the balance of my voucher order?

Can I partially utilize my Voucher?
Yes. You can find the Terms & Conditions link in the email containing the voucher details. Vouchers can be utilised for multiple transactions until the available balance reverts to zero. Should the value of the purchase exceed the value of the voucher, the difference shall be paid by the person redeeming the voucher. NOTE: No refunds or credit notes shall be issued for any unutilized value of the voucher.
What is the validity of my vouchers?
The validity of the Voucher is included in the details and is determined from the date that the Voucher is issued.
Can I purchase a voucher in a travel agency?
No, vouchers are only available through www.flyairlink.com.
Can I redeem my voucher in a travel agency?
You can only redeem your Voucher on our website www.flyairlink.com
Can I use my voucher for other services?
Yes, your voucher is redeemable for services available on the Airlink website - www.flyairlink.com, These are subject to terms and conditions and restricted to flights denominated in South African Rands as well as for travel commencing in South Africa.
Can I purchase vouchers in other currencies?
No, unfortunately only South African Rands (ZAR) are accepted for voucher purchases. Furthermore, please note that vouchers can only be redeemed for flights denominated in South African Rands (ZAR).
